Services

More Than a Supplier. A Supply Chain Partner.

From drawing review and vendor selection through production monitoring, inspection, and delivery — we manage the entire process so you do not have to.

What We Do

Vendor Sourcing & Qualification

Finding the right manufacturing partner is the hardest part of sourcing from India. We do it for you.

Ethan maintains a qualified network of foundries and machining facilities in Rajkot, Gujarat — India’s precision engineering hub. Each vendor is evaluated for process capability, quality management systems, certification status, production capacity, and delivery track record.

Your Procurement Office in India — Free of Charge

Ethan operates as your cost-free purchasing desk in Rajkot.

For customers with ongoing sourcing requirements, we act as an extension of your procurement function in India. We handle local vendor communication, price negotiations, delivery scheduling, and escalation management — in the local language, in the local time zone, at no additional cost to you.

This is not a paid service. It is part of how we build long-term relationships.

Technical Review & Feasibility Assessment

We are engineers, not just order processors.

Before we commit to any project, our team reviews drawings and specifications in detail. We identify potential manufacturability issues, propose alternative processes where relevant, and give you a realistic assessment of lead time, cost, and quality expectations.

Quality Control & Inspection

Our on-ground team manages quality at every stage — from incoming raw material through in-process checks to final pre-shipment inspection. We can also coordinate third-party inspection by accredited bodies (TÜV, Bureau Veritas, SGS, etc.) on request.

Surface Treatment & Finishing

We supply finished components — not raw castings that require further processing on your end.
Our vendor network covers the full range of surface treatments and finishing operations:

  • Heat treatment (annealing, normalising, quenching & tempering, solution annealing)
  • Chemical treatments (pickling, passivation)
  • Coating and painting (epoxy, polyurethane, powder coating)
  • Electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome)
  • Thermal and diffusion treatments
